We are happy to announce that cPanel, LLC. has released\u00a0cPanel & WHM Version 80 to the RELEASE tier<\/a>! For this version, we have focused on speed and expanding the types of websites you can host on a cPanel server.<\/p>\n

We want to especially thank those of you who have Send error reports to cPanel for analysis<\/em> enabled, as you were critical in helping us reduce the install and update times. One-Click HTTPS Redirection of Websites<\/h3>\n

Version 80 brings\u00a0a Force HTTPS Redirect<\/em>\u00a0toggle to cPanel\u2019s\u00a0Domains<\/em>\u00a0interface. When enabled, it automatically redirects website visitors to a secured version\u00a0(HTTPS) when a valid SSL certificate is installed.<\/p>\n

cPanel API Tokens<\/h3>\n

We added the\u00a0Manage API\u00a0Tokens<\/em> interface to cPanel allowing\u00a0cPanel users to issue API tokens.\u00a0Resellers and third-party developers\u00a0can use these tokens to authenticate as the cPanel user and issue API\u00a0calls.<\/p>\n
