USN-5479-1 fixed vulnerabilities in PHP. This update provides the
\ncorresponding updates for Ubuntu 16.04 ESM.<\/p>\n
Original advisory details:<\/p>\n
Charles Fol discovered that PHP incorrectly handled initializing certain
\narrays when handling the pg_query_params function. A remote attacker could
\nuse this issue to cause PHP to crash, resulting in a denial of service, or
\npossibly execute arbitrary code. (CVE-2022-31625)
\nCharles Fol discovered that PHP incorrectly handled passwords in
\nmysqlnd. A
\nremote attacker could use this issue to cause PHP to crash, resulting in a
\ndenial of service, or possibly execute arbitrary code. (CVE-2022-31626)<\/p>\n
