PyJWT could allow signature forgery.<\/p>\n
Software Description:
\n– pyjwt: Python 3 implementation of JSON Web Token<\/p>\n
Details:<\/p>\n
Aapo Oksman discovered that PyJWT incorrectly handled signatures
\nconstructed from SSH public keys. A remote attacker could use this to forge
\na JWT signature.<\/p>\n
Update instructions:<\/p>\n
The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following
\npackage versions:<\/p>\n
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS:
\npython3-jwt 2.3.0-1ubuntu0.1<\/p>\n
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS:
\npython3-jwt 1.7.1-2ubuntu2.1<\/p>\n
