Details:<\/p>\n
USN-5583-1 fixed vulnerabilities in systemd. Unfortunately this caused a
\nregression by introducing netowrking problems for some users. This update fixes
\nthe problem.<\/p>\n

Original advisory details:<\/p>\n
It was discovered that systemd incorrectly handled certain DNS requests,
\nwhich leads to user-after-free vulnerability. An attacker could possibly use
\nthis issue to cause a crash or execute arbitrary code. (CVE-2022-2526)<\/p>\n
Update instructions:<\/p>\n
The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following
\npackage versions:<\/p>\n
Ubuntu 18.04 LTS:
\nsystemd 237-3ubuntu10.56<\/p>\n
In general, a standard system update will make all the necessary changes.<\/p>\n
