If you want to forward every single email, leave these selections blank. Click <strong>Next<\/strong>.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/\/static.makeuseof.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Outlook-Rule-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"423\" height=\"535\" title=\"\"><\/li>\n<li>In Step 1, select\u00a0<strong>Forward to people or public group\u00a0<\/strong>(or if you prefer, Forward to people or public group as an attachment.) In Step 2, click the link for <strong>people or public group<\/strong>.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/\/static.makeuseof.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Outlook-Rule-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"423\" height=\"535\" title=\"\"><\/li>\n<li>Enter the email address(es) of the contact(s) you want to forward the email to.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/\/static.makeuseof.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Outlook-Rule-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"581\" height=\"453\" title=\"\"><\/li>\n<li>Select the criteria (if any) for emails you want to exclude from this rule.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/\/static.makeuseof.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Outlook-Rule-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"423\" height=\"535\" title=\"\"><\/li>\n<li>Enter a name for your rule, make sure\u00a0<strong>Turn on this rule<\/strong> is checked and click\u00a0<strong>Finish.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/\/static.makeuseof.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Outlook-Rule-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"423\" height=\"535\" title=\"\"><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Emails sent in this way will appear in the same way any other forward would, with the exception of the subject line.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">To stop forwarding the emails, just go back to the <strong>Home<\/strong> tab, click <strong>Rules<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Manage Rules &amp; Alerts<\/strong> and uncheck the box next to the rule you want to disable.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">How to Automatically Forward Emails in Gmail<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">To automatically forward emails in Gmail, it\u2019s a similar process, with one fundamental difference. With Outlook, you don\u2019t have to get someone\u2019s permission to automatically forward emails to them. In Gmail on the other hand, if you want to add an email as a forwarding address, they have to grant you permission.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">So the first step in automatically forwarding emails is to add those forwarding addresses:<\/p>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Go to your Gmail Settings\u00a0and open the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mail.google.com\/mail\/u\/0\/#settings\/fwdandpop\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Forwarding and POP\/IMAP<\/a> tab<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>At the top of the page under the Forwarding subheading, click <strong>Add a forwarding address<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the window that pops up, enter the email address you want to forward emails to. (You can only enter one email address at a time) and click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Your contact will receive an email with a link they need to click in order to grant you permission to send forward them emails.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Now it\u2019s time for you to set up the filter to automatically forward them emails:<\/p>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Go to your Gmail Settings\u00a0and open the <a href=\"https:\/\/mail.google.com\/mail\/u\/0\/#settings\/filters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Filters and Blocked Addresses<\/a> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click\u00a0<strong>Create a New Filter<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the criteria for the emails you want to forward.
